Letting Go

Some people leave damage that doesn’t show physically.
Disrespect. Disappointment. Betrayal. Being misunderstood.

And even after you respond, defend yourself, or say what needed to be said… somehow it still sits with you.

This design was a personal reminder to myself:
if it doesn’t damage my family, my future, or who I truly am… I have to stop carrying it into today.

Still learning that.
